A carefully designed program with 16 modules brings the cultivator from phenohunting to caring for seeds, planting, trellising, nutrients, harvest, trimming, and curing, ensuring that the apprentice gets to experience every stage of the grow cycle and becomes prepared for any issue that may crop up in a cannabis grow.
Apprenticeships are tailored to the needs of cultivators based on experience. They are offered remotely through interactive online, video-based learning strategies, and can be delivered to individuals or groups.
